A search for a girl named Angmo and its tribe with indo-german roots, who was photographed by Pier Paolo Mariotti in 1994 and whose face was perpatuated in an illustrated book which is now out of print. The filmmakers take us on a trip into pristine Ladakh, the villages of Hha-Hanu where the "dards", a Buddist tribe also known as Aryans, live.
