In the field behind the tavern of the Stanglerhof they grow blackcurrants, which are processed in July / August to dark red, almost black, highly aromatic juice, and mixed with raw cane sugar from organic farming mixed finally as a syrup.
This syrup made from the blossoms of lime tree has a mild, soothingly balsamic taste. Lime-tree blossoms are considered a medicinal plant thanks to their warming, sweat-inducing effect.

Chocolate mints are rich in menthol and intense in flavour; this intensity is characteristic for this syrup.
