Rosemary and sage are not only in the pan or on the grill, they also form a perfect team in the syrup - both with a strong and a delicate side. Through the granulated sugar, the full flavors come through, the addition of tartaric acid to a sparkling, intense drinking pleasure. Also very suitable for cocktails.
In the field behind the tavern of the Stanglerhof they grow blackcurrants, which are processed in July / August to dark red, almost black, highly aromatic juice, and mixed with raw cane sugar from organic farming mixed finally as a syrup.
This syrup made from the blossoms of lime tree has a mild, soothingly balsamic taste. Lime-tree blossoms are considered a medicinal plant thanks to their warming, sweat-inducing effect.
Freshness, menthol and a characteristic mint aroma – this is the first impression of Stangler’s chocolate mint syrup. Chocolate mints are rich in menthol and intense in flavour; this intensity is characteristic for this syrup. The organic cane sugar and the tartaric acid make of this syrup a truly mintlicious experience!
Der alkoholische Cousin unseres schwarze Johannisbeer-Sirups, verbindet die aromatische Wucht und Komplexität der Beeren mit der Süße des Rohrzuckers und dem Körper des Weinbrands. Ein Traum für Aperitifgetränke wie den Stangler Prosecco royal und natürlich zahlreiche Desserts, vor allem aber pur ein Genuss.
Die Holzleith, unser Weinberg in Siebeneich, liegt an der Wiege der Südtiroler Weinkultur. In unmittelbarer Nähe wurde ein rätischer Kultplatz entdeckt. Hier fanden Archäologen u.a. Jahrtausende alte Werkzeuge zur Weinbereitung, zur Rebarbeit und dem Weingenuss. Der steile Südost - Hang in 280 m Meereshöhe, über dem die Burgruine Greifenstein wacht, wird von Terlaner Porphyrfelsen umschlossen und ist ganztägig der Sonne ausgesetzt. Hier gedeihen Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot auf quarzhaltigen Porphyr - Verwitterungsböden in Drahtrahmen - Erziehung. Sie profitieren vom milden Klima, der geschützten Lage und der langen Reifezeit. Das spürt und schmeckt man.
This Merlot Rosé Holzleith pleases with its clear salmon pink and offers a fruity, delightful bouquet with notes of strawberry and red currant. The nose continues inside the palate, combined with an animating and lasting acidity and a harmonious fruity finish.
