„Work migrants“ among each other: a German course and some „ECM” records from his father’s collection led the young US-American Dan Kinzelman to leave his country in 2004 and seek his fortune first in Cologne and then in Italy. South Tyrol-born bassist Ruth Goller crossed the English Channel as a teenager and has since made a career in the UK jazz scene.
